We enjoyed seeing the dinosaur skeletons, the fossils, and learning about Volcanoes!
Trystan's Nana showed us a piece of a door from a really old Marae that his Grandfather dug out of a swamp on his farm!
Some of us loved the models of the sharks and of the Waka!
In the classroom we got to hold models of some dinosaur bones and a plate from a Stegosaurus!
We even held an elephants tooth!
We watched some movies of dinosaurs and volcanoes and very brave people went into the Earthquake room!

ReplyDeleteNana Glenis said she had a fun day with all the kids and taking some of the lovely photos. She especially enjoyed showing Trystan the carving artefact found on Grandad Roger's farm.
